G for - Gulab Jamun Cake💁🏻‍♂️, A perfect combination of the classic Indian sweet and yummy cake, this recipe is sure to take your taste buds on a sweet journey🤌🏻❤️ What should I make for the letter H?

Ingredients:
✨1 cup suji
✨2 tbsp almonds, chopped
✨2 tbsp cashews, chopped
✨2 tbsp pistachios, chopped
✨¾ cup sugar
✨½ cup oil
✨1 tbsp rose water
✨1½ cup milk
✨1 cup gulab jamun premix
✨½ tsp cardamom powder
✨½ tsp baking powder
✨½ tsp baking soda

Gulab jamun syrup
✨1/2 cup water
✨1/2 cup sugar
✨1/4 tsp saffron strands
✨1/4 tsp rose water
✨1/4 tsp lemon juice
✨1 cardamom pod

For the garnish
✨Rose petals
✨Chopped pistachios

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and grease a bundt cake tin.
2. In a grinder, add chopped nuts and suji together and blend for a few seconds.
3. Now in a bowl, add sugar, oil and rose water and give it a whisk.
4. Add all the remaining ingredients alongwith the suji mixture and whisk everything to make a smooth cake batter.
5. ⁠Bake the cake for about 40 mins or till a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
6. For the soaking syrup, add sugar, water, cardamom and saffron strands in a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Let it boil, while continuously stirring till the syrup is reduced and becomes thick in consistency. It should just coat the back of the spoon.
7. Remove from heat and add rose water and lemon juice to it.
8. Pour the syrup on the top of the cake once cooled and decorate it with pistachios and rose petals.
