Super convenient to make, this mini version is super moist and is perfectly complimented by a tangy and sweet cream cheese frosting that is immediately going to transport you into dessert heaven❀️

Ingredients
✨1 tbsp milk
✨1/2 tsp vinegar
✨2 tbsp yogurt
✨1/8 tsp baking soda
✨3 tbsp sugar
✨2 tbsp oil
✨2-3 drops red gel colour
✨1/4 cup all purpose flour
✨1 + 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
✨1/4 tsp baking powder

Cream cheese frosting
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup icing sugar

Method

1. In a bowl, add milk and vinegar to make the buttermilk.
2. Add yogurt with baking soda and give it all a good whisk.
3. Then, add in the sugar, oil and food colour. Whisk again till everything is well combined.
4. Whisk in the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder in the end and whisk to form a smooth batter.
5. Pour the batter in the greased saucepan and put it on the induction on lowest heat possible. Make sure the pan is heavy bottomed or else, the cake might get burnt. Cover and cook it for 25-30 mins till a skewer comes out clean.
6. Make some cream cheese frosting by combining the cream cheese frosting ingredients using a hand blender. Decorate your cake with the frosting and serve.
