Q for - Quinoa Bliss Balls💁🏻‍♂️ A wholesome recipe made with superfood quinoa, these 6-ingredient bliss balls are perfect for days when you need an easy grab-on-the-go dessert snack☺️💪🏻

Ingredients
💪🏻1/2 cup quinoa
💪🏻20 dates
💪🏻1/2 cup almond
💪🏻1/2 cup oats
💪🏻3tbsp cocoa powder
💪🏻4-6 tbsp dates water

Method
1. Rinse the quinoa 2-3 times with clean water and soak in water for 30 minutes. Sieve and pat dry the quinoa after 30 mins.
2. Take the rinsed and soaked quinoa in a non stick pan set over medium heat and toast until slightly brown and fragrant. Let it cool.
3. ⁠De-seed 20 dates and soak them in 3/4 cup boiling water for 15 minutes.
4. ⁠In a blender jar, add the soaked dates, almonds, oats, cocoa powder and some of the reserved dates water. Blend till everything is nicely combined. It should resemble a rough dough. Feel free to add more water if the mixture is not cohesive at this stage.
5. ⁠Transfer the dates mixture in a bowl and add the toasted quinoa over it. Combine well using your hands.
6. ⁠Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each portion into a small ball by rolling it in between your palms.
