New Year celebration calls for a wholesome Ragi Chocolate Cake that is going to check all the dessert craving boxes💁🏻‍♂️🥰 This no maida, no refined sugar cake is light, fluffy, and perfect when you’re looking for a quick and utterly delicious treat❤️✨

Ingredients:
🍫1 cup yogurt
🍫1/2 tsp baking soda
🍫1/2 cup butter, melted
🍫3/4 cup jaggery powder
🍫1/2 tsp vanilla extract
🍫1/4 cup milk
🍫1/2 cup ragi flour
🍫1/2 cup whole wheat flour
🍫1/4 cup cocoa powder
🍫1 tsp baking powder

For the ganache
🍫1/2 cup dark chocolate, chopped
🍫1/2 cup fresh cream, warm

Process-
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius and prepare a 5 inch tin with parchment paper.
2. ⁠In a bowl add yogurt and baking soda. Let it foam up and set it aside.
3. ⁠In a separate bowl , add melted butter and jaggery powder. Mix it well and then add the foamed up yogurt and milk.
4. ⁠Now, add in the dry ingredients - ragi flour, wholewheat flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Mix everything together.
5. ⁠Bake the cake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick insterted comes out clean.
6. ⁠For the ganache , Add warm cream over chopped dark chocolate and let it sit for a while. Combine it together using a whisk.
